Animemeeting Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the animemeeting affiliate program. In this agreement, the term "Affiliate" refers to you (the applicant). In this agreement, “animemeeting” refers to animemeeting website, as Gateway Contribution where affiliate will can get contributions with their designs, fan arts, templates or any content, with whom you are entering this agreement. By applying to the animemeeting affiliate program you are confirming that you have read the agreement and agree to the terms and conditions.
Profits
For to generate a payment as an Affiliate, the customer must complete the order form and remit full contribution for the product by PAYPAL or PATRON. You are the only responsible for each contribution that are made when the customer clicks through paypal or patron platform, and you assume all responsibilities for the transactions behind this one.
Payment
An Affiliate you will not get a payment per designs or templates (this is a contribution as a content creator, that mean "donation" in legal terms) when the visitor reaches a designed (any kind of content uploaded) in animemeeting. Contribution will processing trought paypal or patron platform from the request date. Contributions by customers only will be send out via PayPal or Patron.
Usage and Obligations
Affiliates are permitted to use the animemeeting brand and marketing resources available in the Affiliates section of the animemeeting application. Logos and other assets cannot be modified. The Affiliate does not gain any trademark, copyright or any other rights to these materials.
- The Affiliate will never imply that they are acting on behalf of animemeeting and will never advertise as animemeeting owner.
- The Affiliate will never represent themselves, animemeeting or their relationship with animemeeting in a false or misleading way.
- The Affiliate will not engage in the distribution of an unsolicited bulk email (spam) mentioning or referencing animemeeting.
Term and Termination
Either party has the right to terminate the agreement prior notice. In any situation Animemeeting have all rights to keep or delete any content uploaded through animemeeting as new owner of them.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Peru, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Arbitration
All claims and disputes arising under or relating to this Agreement.
Modification
We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but not limited to changes in the scope of available affiliate members, fee, payment procedures and Affiliate Program rules.
